2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account at qr999, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to use gaming platforms under the laws of your country
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• Each individual may operate one account only
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential
• A valid national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification

Large withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. qr999 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Qr999 supports transactions via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100 (Mobile Banking), BDT 500 (Bank Transfer)
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method

• Claiming a bonus more than once is not allowed; each promotion may only be used one time

Qr999 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, qr999's decision shall be final.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qr999 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking methods
• Exploiting any technical fault to influence game outcomes
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members
• Opening an account using a false identity or through fraud
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

Qr999 monitors all transactions and gaming activity on a regular basis. Any suspicious activity detected will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
